2.3. 24/7 Emergency Roadside Assistance: Our medium truck roadside assistance is available 24 hours a day.

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3.2. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

3.3. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Payment must be made in full before the release of the vehicle.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

5. Warranty & Liability

5.1. New tires may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Used tires are sold as-is with no warranty unless explicitly stated.

5.3. Customers are responsible for verifying the compatibility of tires with their vehicles before purchase.

6.2. We do not guarantee the availability of specific tire brands or sizes at all times.

6.3. Customers agree that Rudy’s Tire is not responsible for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including supplier shortages or weather conditions.

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1. New tires may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

7.2. Used tires are sold as-is and are non-refundable unless a defect is found at the time of installation. 7.3. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment and may take up to 7 business days.
