The customer service I received was beyond top tier from the second I called asking if they would help fill one of my tires. Walking into the shop, I was greeted as if I was an old friend they haven't seen in a long time. Super helpful, informative, had a smile on the entire time, and wanted to make sure I was safe (saved me from a potential run flat blow out..)
Ordered new tires before they closed, and they arrived + were ready to put them on before noon the following day. Install itself was super quick, and I was out within a half an hour.

Had spent many years changing from summer to winter tires and discovered BOTH sets would need to be replaced so decided to investigate all-weather tires. Visited my vehicle dealer as well as several "well-known" tire services. My wife came across Rudy's so I gave it a try. Great decision - worked out incredibly well. Most importantly, staff LISTENED and provided a number of options including some I had not come across.

Amazing first time experience here at Rudy’s! From the moment I called, to when I showed up with my car, to making payment, it was a seamless process. No hidden fees, no overcharge, the shop was very clear on the cost and time it would take. I was in and out within 30 minutes (got 2 winter tires replaced). They are all about customer service and the customer, not about robbing people of their time and money! Both my partner and I will be back for summer tires and any future tires we need!
